SERVA نظام لإدارة المطاعم يعمل على كمبيوتر داخل مطعمك. توضّح هذه الصفحة بلغة بسيطة ما نعرفه عنك، وما لا نعرفه.
باختصار
بيانات مطعمك من منيو وطلبات ومبيعات وزبائن وموظفين تبقى على كمبيوتر مطعمك، ولا تصل إلينا.
البرنامج لا يرسل أي بيانات عبر الإنترنت.
هذا الموقع لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) ولا أي أداة تتبّع أو إحصاء.
نعرف عنك فقط ما ترسله لنا بنفسك على واتساب.

هذا الموقع
لا نستخدم كوكيز ولا إعلانات ولا أدوات إحصاء أو تتبّع. الخطوط والصور مستضافة على الموقع نفسه، فلا يتصل متصفحك بأي جهة أخرى أثناء التصفح.
نحفظ في متصفحك خيارين فقط: اللغة والمظهر (فاتح أو غامق)، ولا يُرسلان إلينا.
الموقع مستضاف على Cloudflare Pages. مثل أي خادم ويب، قد تسجّل Cloudflare بيانات تقنية عن الزيارة، كعنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
ملف البرنامج مستضاف على GitHub، وعند التحميل تنطبق سياسة GitHub.
عند الضغط على زر واتساب تنتقل المحادثة إلى تطبيق واتساب، وتنطبق سياسة خصوصية واتساب على الرسائل.
برنامج SERVA على كمبيوتر مطعمك
يعمل البرنامج على كمبيوتر داخل المطعم وعلى شبكته المحلية. كل ما تُدخله أو ينتج عن العمل يُحفظ على ذلك الكمبيوتر:
المنيو والأسعار والصور التي ترفعها.
الطلبات والفواتير والتقارير.
حسابات الموظفين والورديات.
بيانات زبائن التوصيل (الاسم والهاتف والعنوان) إن استخدمت التوصيل.
الإعدادات والنسخ الاحتياطية.
لا يرسل البرنامج هذه البيانات إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى، ولا يحتوي على أدوات إحصاء أو تحديث تلقائي يتصل بالإنترنت. النسخ الاحتياطية تبقى على الكمبيوتر نفسه، أو حيث تنزّلها أنت، على هاتفك أو فلاشة.
صاحب المطعم هو المسؤول عن بيانات زبائن مطعمه وطريقة استخدامها، وننصحك بحماية كمبيوتر المطعم بكلمة سر.
زبائن المطعم الذين يطلبون من موبايلاتهم
عندما يمسح الزبون رمز الطاولة، تُفتح صفحة الطلب من كمبيوتر المطعم مباشرة عبر شبكته، ولا تمر الطلبات عبر أي خادم لنا. قد يحفظ متصفح الزبون معلومات تقنية صغيرة لتشغيل الطلب، مثل رقم الطاولة ورابطها ومعرّفاً للجهاز، وتبقى على موبايله. أي سؤال عن بيانات الطلب يُوجَّه إلى المطعم نفسه.
التفعيل والاشتراك
يُظهر البرنامج «معرّف الجهاز»، وهو رمز قصير مشتق من الكمبيوتر بطريقة مشفّرة، لا يكشف أي معلومات شخصية ولا أي محتوى منه.
عندما ترسل لنا المعرّف على واتساب، نحتفظ به مع اسم مطعمك ورقم التواصل ونوع الباقة ومدتها، لإصدار مفتاح الاشتراك وتجديده ولدعمك.
يتحقق البرنامج من المفتاح على الكمبيوتر نفسه، دون أي اتصال بنا.
الدعم الفني
عند حدوث عطل قد نطلب منك «ملف الدعم» من إعدادات البرنامج، وترسله أنت بنفسك. يحتوي الملف على سجل الأخطاء وحالة الجهاز والاشتراك والإعدادات بعد حذف كلمات السر، ولا يحتوي على كلمات السر ولا مفتاح الاشتراك ولا أي طلبات أو بيانات زبائن. نستخدمه لحل المشكلة فقط، ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.
مدة الاحتفاظ وحقوقك
نحتفظ ببيانات الاشتراك طوال مدة اشتراكك وما يلزم بعدها لخدمتك. يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب الاطلاع على ما نحتفظ به عنك أو حذفه، برسالة على واتساب. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أحد.

إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث تاريخها في أعلى الصفحة.

This website
We use no cookies, ads, analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are hosted on this site, so your browser contacts no one else while you browse.
We store two choices in your browser: language and theme (light or dark). They are never sent to us.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare may log technical details of a visit, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the service, under its own privacy policy.
The program file is hosted on GitHub, and GitHub's policy applies when you download it.
When you tap a WhatsApp button the conversation moves to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to your messages.
SERVA on your restaurant's computer
The program runs on a computer inside the restaurant, on its local network. Everything you enter or that comes out of daily work is stored on that computer:
The menu, prices and photos you upload.
Orders, bills and reports.
Staff accounts and shifts.
Delivery customers' details (name, phone and address) if you use delivery.
Settings and backups.
The program does not send this data to us or to anyone else, and it contains no analytics or auto-update tool that connects to the internet. Backups stay on the same computer, or wherever you save them, such as your phone or a USB stick.
The restaurant owner is responsible for their customers' data and how it is used. We recommend protecting the restaurant's computer with a password.
Guests who order from their phones
When a guest scans a table's code, the ordering page opens straight from the restaurant's computer over its network; orders never pass through a server of ours. The guest's browser may keep small technical details to make ordering work, such as the table number, its link and a device identifier, and they stay on the guest's phone. Questions about order data should go to the restaurant itself.
Activation and subscription
The program shows a “Device ID”: a short code derived from the computer in an encrypted way, which reveals no personal information and nothing stored on it.
When you send us the Device ID on WhatsApp, we keep it with your restaurant's name, contact number, plan and its length, to issue and renew your subscription key and to support you.
The program checks the key on the computer itself, without contacting us.
Technical support
If something goes wrong we may ask for the "support file" from the program's settings, which you send yourself. It contains the error log, the device and subscription status and the settings with passwords removed, and never passwords, the subscription key, orders or customer data. We use it only to fix the problem and for nothing else.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscription details for as long as you subscribe, and afterwards only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask at any time to see or delete what we hold about you, with a WhatsApp message. We never sell or share your data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
